1. What type of payment methods do you accept?
We offer our Customers several convenient payment options.
a ) We accept major Credit Cards like MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
b ) We accept Debit Cards of most of the banks in India.
c ) We also have facility of Net Banking and have tie up with most of the banks in India. Kindly choose the option when you visit the order form.
d ) You can also transfer the payment online to our account.
e ) You can also use various Wallets, which can be selected from the drop down at the check out page.
2. Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
Our web site is our full catalog.
It contains all of the items that we sell with new items added daily.
We do not have a traditional paper catalog available for distribution.
3. How do I know you received my online order?
You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received, and again the day your order is shipped. Our shipping confirmations include tracking numbers with quick links to various logistic parters we use
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once placed and design approved by you, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities, so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours ! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have approved the design. Approval from your side of design confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it is beign sent for the production. You can cancel the order before we send you the softcopy of the design.
5. What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return except when there is a quality concern as mentioned above. We expect customer to give us a genuine reason for not liking the product.
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we do offer a 25% discount off the original retail price on the replacement to try to help. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order free of charge to you. All refund or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.
6. What are your Shipping & Handling methods?
Standard Shipping & Handling includes insurance. Orders are well packed with proper cushioning and shipped via various courier services and Indian Postal service, which generally arrives within 3-5 business days AFTER the “Scheduled To Ship Days” listed under your item. Sunday shipping or delivery is not available.(Some items are produced in our remote manufacturing facilities and may arrive separately. These items have longer lead times indicated and will not have “express shipping available”)
Express Shipping is available with extra charges of Rs 150 per half kg on most items shipped within all the following cities namely, Mumbai, Calcutta, New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune. Shipment to rest of the places takes anywhere between 2-5 days.
7. What are your shipping costs?
Our rates are inclusive of shipping and taxes for delivery in all the metros. Also express shipping attracts charges anywhere between 150 to 250 per ½ Kg depending upon the location..
